As explained in our blog post (https://blog.scootkit.net/were-on-summer-break/), our customer service won't be available until August 4. We've disabled the ability to open new tickets a few hours ago and will lock both of our Discord servers later today. We'll likely be back on August 3. or 4.
You can still contact billing / legal support as usual, but requests won't be answered until August 4. Certain legal requests will still be answered as required by law.
During our summer break, our customer services will have higher wait- and processing times. Our customer service can't be reached between July 28 and August 3, tickets opened during that week will be answered after this time period.
