We are currently rolling out an update to our Support Bot database storage to improve performance. This requires some initial heavy processing, but no downtime will occur.
What to expect:
- Command Delays: Some command executions might be briefly delayed by up to one second in the worst-case scenario (usually far less).
- Duration: Most bots will complete the migration within a few hours.
- Support Bot Ticket Processing: This remains completely unaffected.

Maintenance is now in progress.
You can see the progress of the database migration in your Support Bot logs and the Debugging Document where applicable. This update and the migration are fully automatic; no action is required from your part. You can safely restart your bot during the migration.
