Our hosting provider has notified us of planned maintenance on the underlying host system for Bot-Host#26.
This is a "live maintenance" operation, and the provider expects the works to be completed without interrupting the availability of your bots. However, they have advised that in rare cases, manual intervention may be required, which could result in a brief downtime of approximately 10 minutes.
Impact:
Only bots hosted on Bot-Host#26 are affected.
We expect full uptime, but please be aware of the slight risk of a ~10 minute disconnection during the maintenance window.
We're still not allowing customers to switch Bot-Hosts themselves at this time. If you are a premium customer, please contact our customer support to get switched BEFORE the maintenance starts.
